Holded Sync issues Spanish fiscal documents in Holded from your Stripe payments, refunds and subscription invoices. This host is the part that talks to Holded; it has no interface of its own.

The app lives in your Stripe Dashboard, under Apps. Everything — connecting Holded, choosing a numbering series, checking whether a payment was documented — happens there.
